Unity In Diversity; ISG-N Harps on Mutual Respect Among Ethnic Nationalities
With the outburst of emotions and associated tension in some parts of the country ranging from perceived marginalization, threats of cessation, to other divisive issues, a group of Nigerians under the aegis of Integration Summit Group- Nigeria (ISG-N) is encouraging Nigerians to eschew violence and show mutual respect among various ethnic groups regardless of individual affiliations.
The body is of the opinion that in order to attain the needed rapid socio-economic development, Nigeria needs integration.
In a build up to its forthcoming National Integration Summit scheduled to hold on November 18th in Abuja the Federal capital, Integration Summit Group- Nigeria (ISG-N) is clamouring for the emergence of a truly integrated Nigeria , one where each and every ethnic groups will learn to co-habit and tolerate one another in the march towards national greatness.
ISG-N believes that the diversities in the ethnic groups can be harnessed for productivity through the complimentary role of each subgroup.
The Summit, the 5th in the series, will focus on national unity, peace, clamour for restructuring and a call against divisive and anti-Nigeria tendencies.
