Commercial operations have finally started on the new Lagos-Ibadan Rail line this morning, Monday December 7, 2020.
The launch train left Ibadan at 08:00hrs this morning, arrived Abeokuta 08:58am, and departed Abeokuta 09:03. It arrived Ebute Metta, Lagos, at 10:40hrs.
According to the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), only one return trip will be operational daily, leaving Ibadan at 8am for Lagos and leaving Lagos for Ibadan at 4pm.
