Video: Amid Scarcity, Lady Hawks New Naira Notes on the Streets

A viral video has shown a lady hawking the new redesigned naira notes amid Scarcity of the new currency in the market.

Governor Emefiele of the Central Bank had stated that there was no going back on the January 31st date on the old notes.
